By accessing or using DoohDeal's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

DoohDeal provides a platform for searching, planning, and analyzing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising inventory. Our services include inventory search, location intelligence, AI-powered planning tools, and campaign management features.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or extract data without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Upload malicious code or content

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by DoohDeal GmbH and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform. By using the service, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Screen availability and pricing data is subject to change.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoohDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
